Jesse Weatherston

Jesse Weatherston is the Director of Finance at Tredway, responsible for developing and managing all financial activities for the organization. The role includes FP&A, accounting operations, treasury, and asset management.

Jesse previously worked in various Financial Controller roles for Marriott. Over the course of eight years, he managed the Finance and Accounting operations for five hotels, comprising 2,400 units and producing $300 million in annual revenue. He then took his property management experience to residential properties when he joined The Collective. As the US Regional Controller for a company which owns, operates, and develops all its properties, Jesse was responsible for asset management, ground-up property development, and debt/equity structuring.

Jesse holds a BS in Economics from the University of Maryland.
