Daniel Guerra

Danny is a Vice President of Investments at Tredway,supporting the acquisition, asset management and development of affordable andworkforce housing investments across the U.S.

Prior to joining Tredway, Danny was a Director at TrueNorth Management Group, where he was directly involved in the originationand/or asset management of $975M of debt and equity investments across thecountry, representing approximately 5 million SF of commercial real estate and1,600 multifamily units. Before True North, Danny held various positions at theCommunity Preservation Corporation, a national nonprofit lender and developerof affordable housing, where he focused on strategic planning and analysis,loan portfolio management, and distressed loan workouts.

Danny holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Andrews University and an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
