Billy Kreinik

Billy Kreinik is a Managing Partner at Tredway, responsible for acquisition and development of affordable and mixed-income housing across the U.S.

Prior to joining Tredway, Billy worked as a Director of Investments at a single-family office, Caremi Partners, where he supported the growth of novel commercial real estate investment platforms and focused on early-stage technology investment opportunities.

Before Caremi, Billy was a Vice President at Fairstead, where he helped facilitate the acquisition and development of over $6 billion in real estate across North America, spearheading the firm’s expansion into Florida. Billy began his career with Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking.

Billy holds a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
