Adam is the Vice President of Operations at Tredway, supporting the asset management and development of affordable and workforce housing investments across the U.S.

Prior to Tredway, with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Adam has held roles in property management, regional operations, and facilities management, spanning luxury, market-rate, and affordable housing. His career has led him to discover a profound passion for affordable housing, driven by his belief that housing is a fundamental right. Adam takes great pride in transforming neglected properties into vibrant, thriving communities, delivering the quality of living that residents deserve.

Growing up with a father who was a property manager, Adam was immersed in the world of real estate from an early age. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife and two children. He is also an avid enthusiast of LEGO building and native species gardening, two hobbies that reflect his creativity and love for the environment.
