Sea Park

In 2023, Tredway acquired 816 affordable apartments across a 3-building campus in the Coney Island neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, extending affordability through 2083. Tredway has begun critical infrastructure improvements to the community, including façade improvements, electrical panel upgrades, and additional life safety improvements. In addition, the development team has commenced predevelopment on an adjacent site where it intends to build up to 300 units of senior affordable housing.
