In 2022, Tredway acquired the Equity Interest in Creekside Townhomes, a 500-unit family community located in Dayton, Ohio. In partnership with AAMCI, Tredway has stabilized operations at Creekside Townhomes, ensuring that all 500 units are in appropriate condition to provide high quality and deeply affordable housing to the community’s residents.
